Printstar Booklets Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of the original order delivery date.

- Damaged Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original materials (e.g., inserts, manuals).
- Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and a replacement or refund.

Defective Items: If the item is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos of the defect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized Items: Due to their unique nature, customized items (e.g., personalized prints, custom sizes) are generally not returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Sale Items: Sale items may have limited return eligibility or be final sale.

- Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return shipping instructions.

- Ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the return package.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, damaged in transit).
