1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of the original order delivery date.
  • Conditions: 
    • Damaged Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original materials (e.g., inserts, manuals).
    • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and a replacement or refund. 
    • Defective Items: If the item is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos of the defect. 

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Items: Due to their unique nature, customized items (e.g., personalized prints, custom sizes) are generally not returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Sale Items: Sale items may have limited return eligibility or be final sale.
  • Digital Downloads: Digital downloads are non-refundable. 

3. Return Process

    1. Contact Us: Initiate a return by contacting us via (858) 566-2536 or support@printstarnow.com Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
    2. Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return shipping instructions. 
    3. Shipping:
      • Ship the item(s) back to us using the original packaging (if possible) and a traceable shipping method.
      • Ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the return package. 
      • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, damaged in transit). 

4. Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original 1 payment method. 

5. Exceptions We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items(s) are not in their original condition, show
